Welcome to B'yachad (means together in Hebrew), Temple Israel's 20- and 30-something havurah (fellowship)! B'yachad is a dynamic group of intelligent, fun, progressive, down-to-earth couples and singles in their 20s & 30s looking to form a community through Jewish religious, social, volunteer and educational programs. Whether you're single, married, or somewhere in between, you'll find something that fits your life - no matter what stage you're in. We hope that you will check us out!
Some of our events include:
• Pot luck dinners (with and without kids)
• Monthly poker games
• Educational programs about Jewish issues and relevance to daily life (in the works)
• Social action, including participation in synagogue and community wide Tikkun Olam efforts
We will be posting an event calendar for 2008-2009 soon. If you have any questions or are interested in finding out more, please drop us a line at Byachad-contact@synagogue.org.
We look forward to seeing you!
